Be sure your sin will find you out.

I really don’t have any of my own words to share with you today. I just have some food for though…

The topic on my mind: the sin of man.

I want to leave you with a message by Dr. Phil Kidd and a few Bible verses I’ve been studying today.

Be Sure Your Sin Will Find You Out
total time: 00:45:47

“Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” ~ Isaiah 59:1-2

“If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.” ~ Psalm 66:18

“Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.” ~ James 1:13-15

“For thy name’s sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.” ~ Psalm 25:11

“For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.” ~ Psalm 38:18

“If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.” ~ James 1:26

That last verse doesn’t have the words “sin” or “iniquity” in it, but it’s all connected.

Have a blessed day.
